Mike Doyle specializes in providing quality leasing and sales services to commercial owners and tenants in the Twin Cities market. Mike has worked with his team on over 1,000 transactions with a total consideration of over $800 Million.


As a business owner, Mike understands the challenges that his clients face daily. By leveraging his extensive experience and knowledge, he's able to find the best cost saving solutions for his clients. Before co-founding Kenwood, he had a ten year career at a large publicly traded real estate company.


During his time there, Mike worked on some of the largest and most complex deals in the market, which gave him the experience to respond to every type of transaction clients might need. As a tenured commercial real estate professional, Mike has experience in tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, subleasing, design, investment sales, consulting and national transactions. He works with his clients before, during and after every transaction to ensure nothing is missed.
